Instructions for making reservations for the NAFA CanAm Classic

Hotels are listed in order of closest to farthest proximity from the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

For a quick look on how many rooms are available, what types of rooms are available and what the rate is at each hotel, click on “More Info” to the right of the hotel.

To make a reservation, click on the name of the hotel, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Book Here”.

This will again show how many rooms are available, what types of rooms are available and the rate for each.

Under “Choose a Room”, select the type of room from the drop down box; select your check-in and check-out dates from the drop down boxes, and the number of this type of room that you want to book. If you need more than one type of room, you will click on “Add Room” and repeat the above steps selecting the next type of room that you want from the drop down box; selecting your check-in and check-out dates from the drop down boxes, and the number of this type of room that you want to book. Continue repeating this step for all types of rooms that you want to book.

After you have chosen all of your room types and quantities that you need in each, click on “Next” to enter your contact name and credit card information to guarantee the room(s).

If you are only making one reservation, then:

  • Click on “Next” and enter the names that will be staying in the room. (Note, you must enter your name or at least one name and the contact e-mail address which is the one that you used to make the reservation. You do not have to enter the credit card information again if it is the same card that you originally held the rooms with. If you want to change the credit card, you will enter it here.) When finished, click on “Next” and you will see the summary of rooms that you reserved. Click on “Confirm” and you will be able to print a confirmation with the Reservation #.
  • If you have multiple rooms reserved, then:.

  • You can either click on “Next” and start entering the names for each of the rooms with the individual credit card information for each room. You must enter the room contact e-mail before being able to put names on the rooms or to make changes. You can enter all of the names and credit card #’s or just a portion. When you are finished, click on “Next” and you will see the summary of rooms that you reserved. Click on “Confirm” and you will be able to print a confirmation with the Reservation #.
  • Or, you can click on “Skip Guest List” and you will see the summary of rooms that you reserved. Click on “Confirm” and you will be able to print a confirmation with the Reservation #.
  • If you would like for each individual to make their own reservation within your block, just give them the Reservation # and your contact e-mail address and they will be able to add their information under your block of rooms.

    You will be sent a confirmation e-mail with your Reservation # and instructions for adding /changing rooming lists.
