Vendor Opportunities

Event Information

This 3-day event brings in competitors from around the United States and Canada and is the largest Flyball Event in the world! This event will be livestreamed on AKC.TV and the Championship races on Sunday are being broadcast on ESPN! The ESPN broadcasts from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 events were huge success and we expect a large audience again this year.

Vendor Space and Fees

Full spaces for the entire event only (no partial spaces available)

$275.00 per booth space (10′ x 10′)
$475.00 per booth space (10’ x 20’)
$650.00 per booth space (10’ x 30’)

Tables

Tables are available at a cost of $20.00 each. No skirted tables are available.

Electricity

Electricity is available and is included in the booth space fee.

Booking

You may reserve your booth in one of two ways.

  • Online via the vendor registration form below.

    If using this option, you may pay by invoice ACH (preferred) or by check.

  • Or, if you prefer send an email to cindyhenderson223@gmail.com with your reservation request.
  • If paying by check please mail check made out to “NAFA” to NAFA,PO BOX 171, Palmyra WI, 53156. Check payments will be converted electronically

Your booth must be pre-paid in full for the reservation to be secured.

Cancellation Request Deadline

Cancelations on or before September 10, 2024 by 12 Noon CDT: NAFA will provide a full refund by mail ONLY if we can re-sell the space. Cancelations received between September 11 – September 25, 2024 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee regardless of NAFA re-selling the space. Any cancelations received after September 25, 2024 are not eligible for refunds and the vendor fee will be forfeited. Refunds will be issued by mail within 14 days after the conclusion of the event.

Set-Up

The site will be available for Vendor Set-up on Thursday, October 10 at 10:00 am and you must have your vehicle(s) out of the building by 9:00 pm. You may drive in to unload but you must unload your merchandise and equipment then move your vehicle out of the building. You can then come back and set-up your space. This is the only day you are allowed to drive in and unload. More details will be provided closer to the date of the event.

NOTE: any booths that have a roof (e.g. EZ-Up) require a fire extinguisher to be in the booth per the fire code).

Parking on the show grounds is by permit only. Permits will be available on the Thursday before the event during setup.

Move Out

Will start immediately following completion of the final championship race on Sunday. You may drive into the building as soon as access is available. The building must be totally vacated of all Dog Show paraphernalia by 3 hours after the final championship race.
